Contract type:         37 hours per week, Term time only, plus 5 days.

We are seeking an individual with strong child-centred values, resilience and a proven ability to develop relationships with young people and their families in order to break down barriers to learning and enable then to re-engage with Education.

The candidate needs to have experience of working with young people with SEND and or Mental Health needs.
