Salary:                           Grade 3 (£19,698-£20,092) Actual Salary (£9445-£9634)

Contract type:            Term time plus 5 days (INSET days) Permanent 20 hours a week 

Working Hours:         10am – 2pm daily

We have vacancies for a confident, enthusiastic, suitably qualified and/or experienced Administrator to provide high quality support.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient service for the school and be a point of contact for students, parents and visitors at designated times. In addition, the post holder will be required to provide a full administrative service to the departments, including dealing with written and verbal enquiries, updating of manual and computerised records, assisting with the organisation of School trips and events and the preparation and distribution of resources to support departmental staff.

The successful candidate will:

•             Ideally have experience in a school setting

•             Be familiar with Bromcom school system (advantageous)

•             Be a good communicator with the ability to build rapport

•             Be dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic

•             Be very well organised and efficient

•             Have a confident and professional manner

•             Be a skilled ICT practitioner, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills

•             Have very good interpersonal skills

•             Have a strong organisational ability

The Clerical Assistants will be based on one of the following sites:

Becton School, Kenwood House, 2 Clifford Road, Sheffield, S11 9AQ

Becton School, Moncrieffe House, 9 Moncrieffe Road, S7 1HQ

Becton School, Chapel House, Hillsborough Barracks, Langsett Road, S6 2LW
