Our curriculum

We believe that all pupils at Kenwood have the right to a high standard of education. We believe that every young person has the right to reach their full educational potential.

In order to achieve this we aim to:

• provide a board and balanced curriculum with a focus around English, maths and science;
• provide a stimulating curriculum and where possible using practical learning to gain the best participation, progression and attainment in subject areas;
• work in partnership with other professionals to seek the best opportunities to aid learning both in and out of the classroom.
• provide lifelong learning opportunities to develop skills needed in everyday life such as shopping, budgeting, cooking, developing social skills and visiting places of interest in Sheffield
